BOS1901-KIT cannot connect to Haptic Studio

I am using a BOS1901-KIT and it will not connect to Haptic Studio.

Answer:

The BOS1901-KIT is obsolete and no longer supported. It cannot connect to Haptic Studio.

We recommend using the BOS1921-KIT to benefit from software code updates. The BOS1921 is a new generation IC and replaces the BOS1901. It has the same basic functionality and performance, but adds memory, playback and other features.
