- Streamlined SDK Porting: We’ve redefined the SDK architecture to clarify the specific building blocks required for porting to other MCUs. This simplifies the transition from our development kit to your custom hardware, reducing integration time and complexity.
- Standalone Mode Persistence: You can now save Solid-State Button (SSB) configurations directly to the hardware memory via Haptic Studio. This allows your prototype to operate autonomously without a constant software connection—perfect for realistic field testing and demos.
- Absolute Force Sensing (BOS1921): We introduced a new sensing algorithm that utilizes absolute force data rather than a hybrid voltage model. This upgrade delivers superior stability and consistency in force detection, ensuring every interaction is captured with precision.
- CapTouch Integration: Full support for the capacitive touch development kit is now built-in, enabling you to seamlessly develop and test hybrid touch-and-haptic interfaces within a single workflow.
